Attack on Titan’s Levi Ackerman is the Squad Captain of a special unit within the Survey Corps. As such, he’s seen as unapproachable and cold, but he’s excellent at what he does. He’s also known as a clean freak by the people who are closest to him. He believes that both his environment and himself need to be spotless. Even his equipment needs to be clean of blood, and he won’t hesitate to wipe Titan blood from his blades in the middle of battle.
9 Takasu Ryuuji Is Self-Sufficient And Knows How To Cook And Clean (Toradora!)
Takasu Ryuuji is one of the main characters in Toradora! and is known for his intimidating eyes that often get him mistaken for a delinquent. But Ryuuji is much more homemaker than hooligan: since his mom works late in the evenings, Ryuuji is quite self-sufficient and is capable of cooking, cleaning, and taking care of himself.
When he first enters Taiga’s apartment, he can’t help himself and cleans everything from the floors to the clogged sink. Yoshifumi is good at household duties because of his past and his family. His father passed away when he was younger, which led to his mother neglecting those cleaning and cooking duties, so he took it upon himself to learn and complete them.

Germany leads the Axis Powers and is one of the main characters in Hetalia: Axis Powers. As his character is a reference to German culture in which things are often kept neat and in order, he always follows the rules, likes to be efficient, and keeps everything tidy. He has an unreasonable boss, and he must deal with the other Powers sometimes not abiding by rules, like when Italy scapegoated him for breaking a cup that he himself broke.

Arata clothes himself in hygienic safety protection gear: blue boots, gloves, a shower cap, white clothing, an apron, and a mask with the word “wash” written on it. Around his waist, he wears a tactical belt that is filled with cleaning supplies and a squirt gun with a tank strapped to his back. He even duels with cards that have a cleaning motif on them.

Kai Chisaki’s beliefs are the reason he becomes a villain in My Hero Academia. He is also mysophobic, often commenting that the world is unclean and dirty, and he believes a theory that states that rats were the cause of the Quirk phenomenon and that Quirks are a plague on humanity.
